Site Development – Excavated CCR from a remediation closure of a ash basin will be used as substitute construction material in a eMSE structural fill that will be constructed for the purpose of grading, securing and stabilizing property adjacent to a power station site. The adjacent property will host two beneficiation facilities that will complete construction and commence operations in coordination with the excavation phase of closing power plant activities.
